Ah, the beloved Monday is here in full force.  But, lucky for you -- I've created a list of 5 suggestions to help you get through the busiest day of the week!

  1. I always take the stairs!

  2. My Mondays are so long, it's hard to pass up extra caffeine in the evening before my four hour night class, but green tea may be better than extra coffee!

  3. These are fantastic pointers! I always take the stairs as well. However, I am gonna work on number 3!
